The Blower Purge Regenerative Desiccant Air Dryer is a high-quality dryer designed to efficiently remove moisture from compressed air. With a rated inlet temperature of ≤40°C, it can effectively handle air with low oil content, ≤0.01ppm. The outlet pressure dew point is -40°C, with an optional -70°C available. This dryer is suitable for working pressures ranging from 0.7MPa to 1.0Mpa.

The desiccant used in this dryer is either activated aluminum or molecular sieve, ensuring optimal moisture absorption. With a pressure drop of ≤0.02MPa, it minimizes energy consumption and maximizes drying efficiency. The control model is PLC, providing precise and reliable operation.

The regeneration process is heated regenerative, ensuring thorough drying of the desiccant. The regeneration air loss is ≤2%, reducing energy waste. The cycle period is 8 hours, allowing for continuous and uninterrupted operation.

This dryer operates on a power supply of 380V/1PH/50HZ, with the option for customization to accommodate different power requirements.
