Our Anti-Explosion Refrigeration Dryer is a high-quality air cooling model equipment designed for efficient gas drying. It is suitable for various industries such as paper making, petrochemical, shipbuilding, cigarettes, coal fields, oil fields, oil & gas, refining, power plants, pharmaceuticals, and many others that require gas treatment.
The dryer is classified into two types based on the inlet temperature: normal dryer and high-temperature dryer. It is also classified into two types based on the cooling method: air cooling dryer and water cooling dryer.
The Anti-Explosion Refrigeration Dryer is designed to handle gas mediums like air and biogas (others can be customized). It has an anti-explosion degree of ExdIIBT4, ensuring safety during operation. The air inlet temperature is ≤45°C (high temperature can be customized), and the working pressure is 0.02MPa (0-5.0MPa can be customized). The ambient temperature should be ≤38°C.
The outlet dew point of the dryer is 5-10°C, while the outlet temperature is 25°C. It requires a power supply of 380V/3PH/50HZ.
If you opt for the water cooling dryer, please ensure that your site has cooling water available, as it is necessary for the gas treatment system.
