The desiccant used in this dryer is either activated aluminum or molecular sieve, both known for their excellent moisture absorption properties. The pressure drop is minimal, with a maximum of ≤0.02MPa, ensuring efficient and energy-saving operation.
The regeneration process is heated regenerative, allowing for effective removal of moisture from the desiccant. The regeneration air loss is limited to ≤2%, reducing energy consumption and operating costs. For zero air loss, an optional configuration is available.
The cycle period for regeneration is set at 8 hours, providing a balance between efficient drying and minimal downtime. The power supply is 380V/1PH/50HZ, but customization options are available to accommodate different power requirements.
