Our refrigeration dryer system is designed for efficient gas treatment in various industries. It is suitable for applications in paper making, petrochemical, shipbuilding, cigarettes, coal fields, oil fields, oil & gas, refining, power plants, pharmaceuticals, and many other industries that utilize gas.
The Refrigeration dryer is available in two types based on the inlet temperature: normal dryer and high-temperature dryer. It is also classified into two types based on the cooling method: air cooling dryer and water cooling dryer.
The air cooling model equipment is designed for air and biogas (customizable for other gases). It has an anti-explosion degree of ExdIIBT4 and can handle air inlet temperatures up to 45°C (customizable for higher temperatures). The working pressure is 0.02MPa (customizable from 0-5.0MPa), and the ambient temperature should not exceed 38°C. The outlet dew point is maintained at 5-10°C, while the outlet temperature is set at 25°C. The power requirement is 380V/3PH/50HZ.
The water cooling dryer requires a customer site with cooling water available, which can be utilized in the gas treatment system.
