With a rated inlet temperature of ≤40°C, it ensures optimal performance even in demanding conditions. The inlet oil content is ≤0.01ppm, guaranteeing clean and dry air output.

The outlet pressure dew point is -40°C, with an optional -70°C available for even lower dew points. This ensures that the air is free from moisture, preventing corrosion and damage to equipment. The rated working pressure ranges from 0.7MPa to 1.0MPa, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.

The Blower Purge Regenerative Desiccant Air Dryer utilizes either activated aluminum or molecular sieve desiccant, both known for their excellent moisture absorption properties. The pressure drop is ≤0.02MPa, ensuring minimal energy loss during operation.

Controlled by a PLC, the dryer offers precise and reliable operation. The regeneration process is heated regenerative, ensuring efficient and thorough drying of the desiccant. The regeneration air loss is ≤2%, minimizing energy consumption.
